I specialise in IT, telecommunications, copyright, and media law. I assisted large banks and manufacturing companies in implementing complex IT system projects, represented clients in IT disputes and provided advice on regulatory issues (relationships with the Czech Office of Telecommunications, Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting and other), financial transactions, and non-EU payments.
Tomáš is the winner of the 2019 Lawyer of the Year award in the category of IT Law and of the 2014 Year Award presented by the Czech Association of Electronic Communications. In the first years of his career, he was an editor-in-chief of Technologies & Prosperity, Program & Business Development Director at TUESDAY Business Network (former First Tuesday) and lawyer and partner at the international law firm Rowan Legal. He lectures telecommunications law at Charles University (Faculty of Law) and ICT law at Czech Technical University (Faculty of Transportation Sciences) and is an active arbitrator of the Riga International Arbitration Court. He was a member of the Legislative Council for Amended Copyright Act (Working Committee) attached to the Slovak Ministry of Culture.
Tomáš is the author and co-author of a number of books and articles including: Annotation to Electronic Communications Act (Linde, 2014), Software Law Basics (Wolters Kluwer, 2011), Intellectual Property Law and Protection (European Commission - Enterprise and Industry, 2009), Company Formations (CorporateINTL, 2009) etc.

Tomáš specialises in the law of obligations, commercial law, civil law, employment law, and administrative law, and performs pro bono services provided on behalf of our law firm. He graduated from Charles University (Faculty of Law) in 2018.
Tomáš gained professional work experience already during his university studies, working at a major international business application development company in its Legal Department, at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, and at a prominent law firm, specialising in IT law, property law, litigation, and execution proceedings.

Jiřina graduated from Charles University (Faculty of Law) in 2019. She gained professional work experience already during her university studies, working at the Czech regional courts in their Civil Law and Criminal Law Divisions and law firms (including Nielsen Legal) providing expertise in the area of civil, property, and commercial law.
Jiřina specialises in corporate, contract, copyright, privacy, and media law.

Tomáš specialises in business and commercial legal transactions and juridical acts, commercial obligations and commercial dispute settlement. He currently works as the director of the Interdisciplinary Center for the Development of Legal Skills at the Charles University, and also holds the position of the Quaestor of the University.
Tomáš is an arbitrator of the permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, collective bargaining mediator and arbitrator registered with the Ministry of Work and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, member of the Arbitration Board of the Czech Football Association and a mediator and member of the Slovak Association of Mediators.
